2. Go to "Account" at the top right hand corner
3. Under "Payout and professional details", click on "DeciBio settings"
4. Click on the edit button (an icon that looks like a pen) under "MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP"
5. If you are expecting to receive a 1099 NEC (i.e., earned more than $600 in a given tax year), make sure that you have your home address and SSN filled out

4. Click View Details to view the status of all your payments
The fields for business details (e.g., business website, description, address) are included in the Stripe form as required fields for all non-US-based users. Please feel free to enter “Dexter Expert Network” for the name and “https://dexterexperts.com/” for the web address here because this is what will show up in the payment descriptor for any payments that you receive from us. If you enter anything else, Stripe may take extra steps to verify your account, which may delay the process.
In order to match you to more projects and improve our matching algorithm, we need to have an accurate and detailed profile about you. You can update your profile by following the below steps:
1. Log into Dexter
2. Go to Settings in the top navigation bar
3. Update your expert profile, adding as many tags as necessary to accurately describe your role and areas of expertise
4. Hit Save
This is one of the common issues that our experts have reported in the past. The issue is associated with a cookie setting on you browser. We need to enable third party cookies in order for Dexter to load properly. Please follow the steps below to change this setting

Dexter experts who earn $600 USD or more over the year on the Dexter platform will receive a 1099-NEC form via our partner Stripe. Stripe will email you by the end of the year (the email's subject is Action required to receive your Dexter Expert Network 2022 tax form) with instructions on how to set up e-delivery and verify your Stripe Express account information. Yes, all calls with Dexter are recorded for quality assurance and future reference. However, you may choose to have your video / camera turned off during the call.
